FIBRE CLASSIFIER (BAUER MC NETT TYPE) STAINLESS STEEL SCREEN MODEL WITH THREE, FOUR OR FIVE TANKS

This Automatic Model has a Special Design which investigate very Conveniently, the Fiber Length Distribution in the Pulp. The Equipment is controlled through a Panel, which Automatically Stops  through a "Sequence Control Timer" when the "Test Conduct Set Time" is over. 

Each Pulp tank is equipped  with "cylindrical Agitator with short paddles" which rotates and causes the suspension in each tank to flow horizontally across the screen and circulate around the tank. the unit is provided along with Mesh Screen Frame with the "Spring Loaded Clamping System", Drain Lever & Pulp Collection Suction Cup. 

The First Pulp tank is connected with a Water Inlet Valve "Regulated through a Water Flow Meter" with a facility to Alarm on Low or High flow rate of water and the Last Pulp tank with a Water Over Flow Outlet Pipe. The Suction Cups are connected with a "Suction Vacuum Pump" which quickly drains the access water, contained in the Pulp. 

A Hand Shower connected on the Base Frame, enables the User to quickly wash the "Pulp Remains" on the Mesh Frame & Tanks, when the suction starts. All the pulp tank which are entirely combined in the Cascade Mode and mounted on the S.S. Screen Frame with a Base Tank to drain the Water the Over Flow.

The Interchangeable Mesh Screens with Frame are provided as per the "User's Choice" for the "TAPPI Standard  Series" of wire mesh size - 16, 30, 50, 100, 200 OR As per "Tyler Series" of wire mesh size - 14, 28, 48,100 and 200.

Optional On Demand : Fiber classifier complete with 3, 4 or 5 pulp tanks. Extra "Interchangeable Mesh Screen" with Frame as per Tappi / Tyler Series, Vacuum Suction Pump.
