WOOD CHIP CLASSIFIER

This Wood Chip Classifier is designed for Rapid and Accurate Classification of Wood Chips with respect to size and thickness. Four standard size screening trays plus one for fine collection are mounted on a structure with Motorized Shaking Mechanism, which is shaken in horizontal plain with Specified Frequency. The weighted quantity of the wood chips sample put in the upper screening tray and fractionated through holes of different diameters and Slotted Screens.

After the classification is over, the fractionated chips are collected separately from each tray for reporting percentage recovery and the dust is collected at the bottom tray.
