Floatation Cell (De-Inking Unit)
The UEC Floatation Cell is very useful & High Sensitive Instrument to study the "De-Inking Effect" of Printed Recycled Paper by "Floatation Method" in laboratory. The Unit consists of a Specially Designed Stainless Steel Container of Capacity 25-Ltrs with an aerator and a drain valve. The foam formed during the test, over flows and is collected in the secondary container for evaluation of the ink contents.

The Floatation unit along with precise drive motor having variable speed is mounted on a base platform for quick & easy operation and the “Digital Revolution Counter” is mounted on the operational control panel.
The unit can be used in "Conjunction with UEC Lab Hydra Pulper" to conduct extensive testing of recycled fiber system.
